Wrong information match to wrong product. They write the Hakushu 12 on their deliveroo page but deliver me with a Hakushu Distiller, which only worth half the price I paid. Damn, if you wanna sell a distiller with higher price, just write the correct on deliveroo!!!
????⚠️ Scam alert. ????⚠️ Having placed a late night order with Uber for a bottle of vodka and onion rings, I was surprised when the courier arrived an hour later with only the onion rings. The courier said they had no vodka in stock, which would be a first in my experience of off licences. He said the shop would definitely refund the cost of the vodka, which they haven't as yet. I complained to Uber who, after an acknowledgement, ignored me.
I rarely write reviews, but I had to share this. I popped into the store with my dog to buy cigarettes and the cashier's behavior was plain rude. He loudly shouted at me in front of everyone, claiming he warned me before despite this being my first time bringing my dog to the shop. It was disrespectful and excessive. While I respect a no-dog policy, it seems inconsistent as others around the area bring their dogs without any issue. If you have a policy, apply it to everyone- most importantly be kind and professional. I won’t be returning.
The staff here are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting, abrasive and downright mean. I wanted to return an unused, faulty product purchased just hours earlier and was told to “come back tomorrow” before being told to **** off. Anyone watching might have assumed by the hostility that I’d pulled down my pants and offered to **** the guy’s mother. I spoke calmly and eloquently, which no doubt infuriated him further. I’ve given these guys the benefit of the doubt since we all have bad days (more so these days apparently, which is why I prefer to shop online away from negative energy) but endeavour to never set foot in this pigsty again. Not even if you paid me. Worst customer service in a long time.
