Great tesco in the city, gets busy in peak lunch time (12-2) and unfortunately thats the only time most of the bakery is made for, so if you come later I haven't been lucky finding much left. However, the drink selection is amazing and also enough selection of groceries to do some shopping for your house whilst on a work break. pictures attached mostly to show the drink selection

I’m going to review the features within this store and then give my final review. Starting with: Customer Service: The customer service in this store is pretty good considering how busy the store usually is. The members of staff are generally easy to find when you're roaming the isles and they’re helpful too when you're asking for assistance or guidance within the store. Selection/Services: There’s quite a nice range of services available within the store which is nice since it’s one of the biggest supermarket stores within the area. The store features a bakery which has a lot of nice fresh baked goods and a burrito kitchen for those looking for alternative food choices to eat during lunch hours. All this is in addition to the Tesco selections available within your typical Tesco store. Queues: Despite the size of the store and how busy it gets during the peak hours, the members of staff working by the self-service checkouts do a good job of keeping the queues moving really well. I never really linger within the queue long enough to feel any frustration as you tend to in other places, which is much appreciated. Hats off to the members of staff for that. Hygiene: The store is pretty clean. Nothing to complain about or say much about. I’m only mentioning it to spread awareness for how well kept and clean the store generally is. Summary: Overall, I like this store and my experience within it has always been positive - if you’ve been to it yourself you’d see why. It has A LOT to offer and its size makes it ideal for those looking to do some of their weekly grocery shopping or simply top up on household goods.

It had many products for a Tesco express. Meal deals were good, but if you come in a bit after lunch, most of the products included are finished.

"Disabled unhelped" I am not used to write reviews but what happened today really left me speechless and upset. I am currently recovering from a serious leg injury and obviously I am on crutches. I cannot hold a basket, neither hold or carry a trolley. And I think that we all agree that this is quite obvious for anyone who have ever had to carry crutches. Today 08/09/23 , at your store around 12:15, asked for a bag instead of the basket (that I cannot hold atm). I was told that I cannot have a bag and that I could only be provided with a basket. I didn't even comment or complained on this, I simply turned around and went to buy my couple of things. The best has yet to come though. Once I manage to get the products and make it somehow to the till I was not even offered a bag and when I asked for it your cashier didn't help me to bag my products. Not only poor customer service but also not quite good time management as there was a queue and I am clearly slower than non disabled people. 100% I will not step in your stores again. Kindly, Riccardo Sessa
