I will have to give 1 star, just started my long term membership few days ago, when i went in to tap my card to pay for the membership with them, i got told it "declined" so i was prompted to tap again, after this i went gym and worked out, when i left the gym i checked my phone and noticed they double charged me! I showed proof of this and besides from apologetic sorrys and "we are sending emails" no one has gotten back to me, no one has even promised me that i am getting a refund! It's one thing to say yes you are getting a refund soon but it's another thing to just ignore the person you scammed. I payed almost £100 in one day when it was meant to be close to half of that. And just for the record i did go again to see if there's an update on the situation and there was another woman behind the counter and all she did was email! All they r doing is emailing but no one's getting back to me, lets not forget they have my contact records in their system. Also when i got doubled charged, i asked them wtf is this, they said it also happened to another person before me, so it seems they are scamming multiple people, if I don't get a refund in 2 weeks time i will be suing them for breach of contract so places leisure if ur reading this you better pay up!
Had a very bad experience at the soft and play and the staff that works there are very rude and disrespectful. My daughter just turned 9 a week ago and they refuse her to go in and play so I said fine and then the staff came saying she can’t sit inside even doe she wasn’t playing and said she has to leave the place and wait out side seriously how can I leave my daughter wait outside by her self and they was even saying it front of her I swear she felt very bad and she said what have I done to them why don’t they allow me sit on the side and I am not leaving this pass I need to see the manager any how and report them all because of how they spoke to us and they kept saying it’s our policy I don’t give a dame about the policy and I really need to see this policy they was on about it’s the worst place I’ve ever been in my life and they refused to give me refund and in top of that it was empty. My kids didn’t enjoy at all and told me let’s leave this place and never come back again There’s no kids right They made my daughter very sad my daughter said she doesn’t even wants to go out anymore if there’s people like those women in the reception I will be making report every where For the sake of my daughter mental
This Gym use to be great, with Good management. Recently specifically with Reece having transferred to the wandsworth site this gym has gone downhill. The new female manager who works during the late afternoons/evenings is a completely miserable, has absolutely no customer service skills and is very obnoxious. She doesn't want to help cant answer simple questions, stands outside smoking cigarettes alot of the time, most of the staff members who work there are unhappy with her and many of the goers my friends have also transferred to The gym group since her arrival. I will gladly be doing the same. Hopefully Roehampton fitness center find a more suitable replacement to manage the center so many of us locals and I can come back to our old gym which was once a wonderful establishment before the arrival of this horrid manager. Lindsey is great. The new girl is a let down. Reece was an asset and should have been promoted as manager !!!
