Carla is so amazing, very friendly and I really enjoyed her classes in the morning. I wish she does a 9am classes for us who are moms. She keeps the gym very clean and tidy.
Carla has and impressive good service. Extremely kind, warm service, she help me with everything and fixed all my questions. She made a tour for me and made my first image about Better gym as the best experience.

Exhausting problem solving processes! Just wanted to book some classes as PAYG Resident for tomorrow. However, after signing up, the price per class for that particular membership (GBP 6.70) was not applied in their booking system. Tried to call the centre, but you cannot physically do so, but only get to a general customer service line. They then separately tried to call the centre and couldn’t reach anyone. Then they sent an email to them and the response time is 24hrs. Doubt there will be available places for the classes I chose when this will be resolved. If they could just provide a phone number to reach the gym it would be so much easier!
