Amazing Centre ! recently rejoined I was here before the refurb and I am extremely happy with the service and cleanliness. I have been to many gyms and I have to say the men’s changing rooms are very clean and I feel safe using these facilities! Amazing classes and weights room works for me, could be a little bigger.
I really like my local gym. Always clean exercise rooms, necessarily equipment, friendly and helpful staff. I am not class person, however there are really good classes, always booked all slots (I try to book in, you have to be really quick and early bird ????)
This gym has been renovated including the disabled toilet and shower this in and edited review as during renovations works to these facilities took a lot longer. There is now a water fountain downstairs to fill water bottles which is excellent and so much easier if you have accessibility issues as the other water fountain is located upstairs. The staff however are excellent and super friendly. Gym equipment has been updated and extra machines added and more space to work out. Machines I need are all accessible downstairs and ladies changing rooms are spacious and clean. Hand sanitiser is available and cleaner for the machines. I enjoy this gym and following work with physio now do a healthwise for gym strengthening, I have gained some muscle and have learnt how to use the machine and go on other days than than healthwise programme. If I have any queries staff are happy to help. Accessing this gym is easy if you download the app you can book online for any of the better gyms and use your membership card in the app to access the gym. There are also a button at the gates if you need assistance. To exit the gym when you walk up to the gate it will open automatically. There are various lockers located in changing rooms and also downstairs near the disabled changing/toilet and you will need to bring a padlock if you want to lock your belongings inside. After renovations am really happy with this gym and find it has everything I need. Being able to get in, access to water, easy to use app, Friendly and helpful staff. The staff here are really great and answer your questions and can offer help where they can. They are knowledgeable about the equipment and are always extremely friendly. This gym is extremely affordable and the fact there is one on Lillie road and also in Hammersmith for me means I have more choices. I can also pick which one I want to use. To get into the gym you can come in on the right side of the novotel entrance past their underground parking and continue to the end of the building and is located on the left. If you come in from Hammersmith Broadway you going right at the L'Oréal building and on the left you go thru in the access point under the building with the wall and you can see a lift, past this crossing over the road the gym is on your right. There are some car parking spaces and there is an area for parking your bike. *since above review water fountain is under repair and the disabled toilet has not been working for quite a few weeks. There so work being carried in the water fountains and my hope is when it is completed will work again and the disabled toilet will work and shower. The disabled toilet and restroom in comparison to ladies shower room is very shabby and I have seen it used as somewhere to park a bicycle. It has cracked tiles and the toilet was not flushing and had leaks from it.
