I go there swimming maybe every week and I really like it. It’s large, somewhat warm and has a cold shower beside the sauna which I like to use, and then jump back into the pool. Lots of family fun for you and your kids.
Had a fantastic time there for a go karting children’s party with Formula Kidz. It was brilliant. All staff lovely! Thank you guys.
We love the Latchemere! I always take the kids for a day during the holidays, 1h fun family swimming in the morning (pool is great for the kids of all ages as it starts shallow then goes deep, has water play features and they do waves too!) and then we go to the cafe, order lunch (they won't let you have packed lunches but it's ok they have plenty of options at good prices) and after that 3 hours of soft play! While grown ups can relax at the cafe with a full view of the play area. Toilets at hand too. All for under £18 plus lunch. The only annoying bit is parking is maximum 3 hours so you will have to move the car somewhere else! Today we had Jaqui at reception and she was so kind and helpful, such a nice feeling having someone welcome you with a smile ????
Total rip-off merchants! After entering my car registration number on their system for parking they’ve still issued a parking fine! A helpful lady at reception advised me where to put my parking details, which I did. But there must have been a problem. Vicious greedy behaviour towards families. My daughter enjoyed the swim in this dated facility but for the parking thievery, I most certainly never plan to visit again. Makes me very unhappy.
